What is life like after graduation? Where does my degree get me? How can I apply my learnings? Students truly benefit from hearing first-hand how professionals have applied their classroom practice into the real experience. Participate as a guest speaker in one of our many events or professional development programs.

Fridays in Austin

Fridays in Austin is an initiative created by the College of Business to provide business students with professional and leadership development opportunities. Fridays in Austin offers many engagement opportunities, including workshops, panels and for students to network and engage with OSU alumni, business leaders, student leaders, faculty and advisors. The goal is for business students to have access to a wide-range of activities and learning opportunities across many industries.

Classroom and Student Club Speaking Engagements

Visit with our students by guest speaking in a classroom or at a student club meeting or activity. These are excellent ways to connect with driven, focused students and to share your expertise in a more intimate setting with a targeted group of students.

Event Series

The College of Business hosts regular events, including Advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Business and SOLVE, among others, in Portland. These events provide networking opportunities for business professionals and alumni as well as students.
