Change from the top-down and bottom-up

The path to change is never a straight line. Which is why we are empowering students, alumni, business professionals, corporations and people of all genders with tools, education and training to foster inclusiveness. Our goal: to amplify the voices of women in business to influence business decisions and growth.

Join our virtual community

In response to the changing times, we’re bringing our community together in a meaningful way that adheres to physical distancing guidelines.

Join our new, virtual community on the Slack platform for real-time conversations and support. Join us to:

  • Explore challenges and opportunities of the “new normal” of remote work (for some but not all workers)
  • Share tips and resources for time management, emotional resilience and self-care
  • Explore ideas for structural and organizational solutions to the inequities uncovered by this crisis
  • Strategize solutions to the unequal burden of unpaid domestic labor that many women now face at home (caretaking, housework and emotional labor)
  • Plan and host virtual discussions, Q&A sessions with women leaders and other online events
  • Highlight examples of inclusive leadership by women during this moment of crisis and challenge

In tough times like these, we want our community to know you are not alone.
