Which is why we are empowering students, alumni, business professionals, corporations and people of all genders with tools, education and training to foster inclusiveness. Our goal: to amplify the voices of women in business to influence business decisions and growth.

In response to the changing times, we’re bringing our community together in a meaningful way that adheres to physical distancing guidelines.

Join our new, virtual community on the Slack platform for real-time conversations and support. Join us to:

  • Explore challenges and opportunities of the “new normal” of remote work (for some but not all workers)
  • Share tips and resources for time management, emotional resilience and self-care
  • Explore ideas for structural and organizational solutions to the inequities uncovered by this crisis
  • Strategize solutions to the unequal burden of unpaid domestic labor that many women now face at home (caretaking, housework and emotional labor)
  • Plan and host virtual discussions, Q&A sessions with women leaders and other online events
  • Highlight examples of inclusive leadership by women during this moment of crisis and challenge

Become a member

AWL In–PDX is a membership program for professionals in Portland who want to join the movement and drive change, advancing themselves while they move our community forward.

The name AWL In (short for “Advancing Women in Leadership – Portland” and pronounced “All In – Portland”) — in addition to being a tribute to a city we love — emphasizes our full commitment to advance women in leadership positions in businesses across the greater Portland metropolitan area.

Members enjoy exclusive benefits and make possible the activities of the OSU Women in Leadership student club, which serves students of all majors and all genders across OSU.

The Women in Leadership Club is open to Oregon State University students of all majors and all genders. The club is dedicated to creating a community centered on professional development and driving change. The Women in Leadership club provides a wide array of speakers, workshops, networking events and fun opportunities for students to gather and forge connections. Volunteer

We seek equal representation from people of all genders among our College of Business volunteers. We invite and encourage women to step forward and serve as role models, mentors, guest speakers, advisory council members and more.
