Diane Paddison has held several executive positions for corporations, including chief operating officer for two Fortune 500 companies, Trammell Crow (now CB Richard Ellis) and ProLogis. She is currently the chief strategy officer at the commercial real estate firm Cassidy Turley and serves on two other corporate boards, Behringer Harvard REIT Opportunity Fund II and AirAdvice. She serves at Oregon State University as a Trustee for the Foundation Board and the Dean’s Circle of Excellence for the College of Business. In the past, she has been on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the business program at Abilene Christian University and chaired the board for YoungLife, North Texas Region.
