Wilberth Gibran Santa Cruz Ruiz, an OSU student, will explain why understanding meaningful holidays and rich traditions are important while working in Mexico. Foreign professionals can arrive in Mexico with goals and a defined working methodology, however, respecting holidays and traditions can be advantage when working abroad.

She will focus on the platform of the old business model and the current trend of the new model. She will also share personal experience as a witness of the new shift and its effect on the economy as well the lifestyle of the Vietnamese.
