OSU Showcase in Seattle

Marketing professor James McAlexander, will be presenting at the OSU Showcase in Seattle, addressing how companies build and sustain customer relationships - and how they can be lost. His presentation, titled Customer Loyalty — Portals, Portholes and Potholes, is based on his 20 years of research into relationships between companies and customers.

In addition to Professor McAlexander’s presentation, the event will offer alumni the opportunity to:

• Enjoy a presentation by College of Engineering faculty member Dr. Kate Hunter-Zaworski, who will speak about making travel accessible,
• Learn about a great group of OSU athletes who have been undertaking service projects abroad
• Have opportunities to tour the Boeing Company's Future of Flight Aviation Center
• Hear from President Ed Ray and OSU Alumni Association Executive Director Scott D. Greenwood, and
• Participate in OSU trivia with cocktails and Oregon-inspired appetizers
