Oregon Executive MBA Program (1987-2001).  Taught Management of Innovation and Implementing Corporate Strategy.

U.S. Aid Program.  In 1999, taught week long seminars in Strategic Managment and Operations Management (content and pedagogy) for Ukranian university professors in two cities.  From 1993-1996, Taught Marketing, Quality Management, New Product Development and Strategic Management in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania.

The Strategic Management of Teams, Gobeli, D. H. and Harold Koenig. A mail survey of Northwest region software companies is complete. An exchange scholar, Iris Bechinger from the University of Karlsruhe, worked on this project during 1996-97. A second visiting scholar from Karlsruhe is working on this project during 1998, and is helping us extend the study to German software firms. One manuscript is under revision; one is being prepared, three others are planned.

IBM Manufacturing Flexibility Grant ($10,000; 1996-present). Gobeli, D. H. and Ashok Chandrashekar. Research project on the impact of the need for manufacturing flexibility on current Total Quality Management paradigms and organization effectiveness. Initial interviews, focus group and pilot survey have been completed, with a preliminary model have received strong support. The first manuscript is in process.
