Diana Shao is an assistant professor of finance at the College of Business, Oregon State University.
Before joining OSU, Diana received her Ph.D. in finance at the University of Florida in 2016. She earned
an MS in finance from Georgia State University in 2011.
Her research interests include empirical corporate finance, IPOs, analysts' behavior, anomalous market return surrounding and following earnings announcements, and
news and information diffusion in the capital market.
Her teaching interests include financial management (corporate finance) and fixed-income security/analysis.
