Sometimes you can just make a joke (or a cartoon) about it; sometimes you can smile, or bring more of those fabulous cupcakes ...

This time, you can join Melanie Ho, Ph.D. — our keynote for the annual Susan J. McGregor Lecture on Women’s Leadership — for a real talk about the challenges women in the workplace are still facing. Ho is an award-winning academic, artist, author and sought-after motivational speaker, whose published work has been described as the evolution of the 'lean in' mantra.

Ho shares her experiences as academic faculty, talents as an artist and storyteller, and decades of leadership experience in this College of Business signature event dedicated to the advancement of women in leadership.

Please join us in person or livestream.
