Manolete V. Gonzalez teaches classes in strategic management, business policy and organizational behavior. Gonzalez has a Ph.D. in strategic planning and long-range forecasting and has taught and conducted research in these fields. He has experience as a senior manager, including most recently as treasurer of a $1 billion oil company, and consultant in capacity building in the public sector. Prior to returning to OSU in 2004, he was head of the Public Revenue Management Group of EGTA, a technical assistance program provided to the Philippine government by the U.S. Agency for International Development. The group’s responsibility was to assist the Department of Finance in reforming the country’s major revenue generating agency, the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Gonzalez has also served as adviser to the Institute of Governance Studies, BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
