Course Overview

Designed for HR professionals holding one or more HRCI certifications, this self‑paced online course explores the ethical and legal complexities of using AI in HR. Through interactive modules, learners examine the ethical trade‑offs involved in HR‑focused AI, review best practices for selecting and implementing AI tools responsibly, and gain an overview of the evolving domestic and global regulatory landscape.
The course also introduces strategies for building long‑term governance systems that support ongoing compliance. Engaging videos, interactive activities, and two real‑world case studies allow learners to apply their knowledge in practical, HR‑specific scenarios.

Course Format

This 4 hour self-paced course offers a dynamic and engaging learning experience, combining interactive elements such as games, flashcards, video content, real-world case studies, and curated readings. Participants have the flexibility to progress at their own pace, while interactive games and quizzes reinforce key concepts and track progress. Participants have 90 days of access per course, with progress tracked through interactive elements.  Flashcards, expert-led videos, real-world case studies, and carefully curated readings deepen knowledge.
