The College of Business offers numerous scholarships to new and continuing students.
New students: By submitting the application for admission to OSU by February 1, incoming freshman and transfer students are automatically considered for University Scholars Program scholarships. OSU also offers need-based scholarships that require students to submit the FAFSA or ORSAA before the priority deadline of February 28th. Visit the Scholarship Office for details. In addition, incoming OSU students can apply for college and departmental scholarships starting November 1st through OSU ScholarDollars. College of Business scholarship deadlines are posted in OSU ScholarDollars with most having a deadline of March 31. See below for additional details.

Many OSU scholarship deadlines have been extended to March 8, 2021 or later and more scholarships are being added daily! After you have submitted your ScholarDollars application(s), be sure to log back in frequently and check your email so you don’t miss out on new opportunities!
OSU & COB Scholarship Applications
OSU ScholarDollars: Open Nov. 1 through Feb. 15. To be eligible for the College of Business portion of the OSU Scholarship Applications, students must be undergraduates seeking their first bachelor's degree and be pursuing a College of Business major on the Corvallis main campus, e-campus, or Portland campus. Students who are not business majors must meet with an advisor to change their major by the end of week two and then complete the COB portion of the OSU Scholarship Application by February 15.
Incoming Student Scholarships:
Freshmen: For incoming freshmen students seeking their first bachelor's degree as a major in the College of Business. All scholarship awards are offered subject to the availability of funding.
Transfer: For incoming transfer students seekings their first bachelor's degree as a major in the College of Business. Students transferring from Portland Community College (PCC) should also fill out this application to apply for PCC-specific transfer scholarships.
Study Abroad Scholarships: For current COB students interested in Study Abroad opportunities you should submit Scholar Dollars applications and OSU GO to be eligible for award. All scholarship awards are offered subject to the availability of funding.

Financial Emergency/Hardship Scholarship Request
If you are a Corvallis, Portland or Ecampus College of Business (COB) student experiencing a financial emergency or hardship, you may request emergency scholarship support by filling out this survey.
After you complete the survey, you can expect to be contacted by our Center for Advancing Financial Education (CAFE) Advisor, Kayleen Salchenberg, for more information and a follow-up conversation. Please respond promptly and know this process could take up to two weeks. If you have any questions, email COBScholarships@oregonstate.edu.

Center for Advancing Financial Education
A college degree is an important investment of time and money, and we want you to understand how to balance the costs and responsibilities of earning your degree. The Oregon State University Center for Advancing Financial Education (CAFE), housed in the College of Business, provides resources, services and support to OSU students. We offer workshops, training, counseling and a peer mentorship program, to support every student focused on long-term and short-term planning.
