Leading Change with Confidence

The Leading Through Change and Conflict program prepares professionals to lead and support organizational change while addressing conflict constructively in real-world workplace settings. Learners develop a practical framework for assessing change readiness, creating targeted change strategies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the change process. The program explores the human side of change, including how individuals experience change and why resistance occurs, and provides strategies for reducing resistance in productive ways.

Students apply behavior-change principles to influence desired outcomes and design approaches that embed new practices into organizational culture for long-term success. The program also addresses common sources of workplace conflict and equips learners with tools to manage difficult behavior, improve collaboration, and resolve disputes. Learners engage with examples, practitioner videos, interactive activities, and case-based scenarios to build confidence and skill.
