Gabrielle and Dylan McEntee, great grandchildren of founder “Mo” Niemei, will share their journey as fourth generation members of the Mo’s Restaurants family. They will discuss the challenges of growing up in an iconic family business, and how they balance respecting the legacy of the past with introducing new ideas as a next generation owner.
