I’m a Wisconsin native who now calls Bend, Oregon, home. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Education from Indiana University Bloomington, and most recently, a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Oregon State University’s Ecampus.
As an undergraduate, I had the incredible opportunity to spend an academic year studying abroad in Seville, Spain, through the University of Wisconsin-Platteville’s program. My love for language and culture also took me to Spain and Mexico, where I attended language schools to further develop my Spanish skills.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in higher education in various advising roles. I truly enjoy helping students navigate the complexities of the higher education system and supporting them in achieving their academic goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Central Oregon.
