Course Overview
In this five-week Lean Six Sigma Project Application course, you will gain hands-on experience applying Lean tools and techniques to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Through real-world case studies, you will collaborate with a team to create a project charter, develop an implementation plan, calculate ROI, perform stakeholder analysis, analyze data, create work breakdown structures, and eliminate waste.
By the end of the course, you will demonstrate tangible and measurable results aligned with your project goals. Additionally, the course addresses strategies for managing team conflict, enhancing leadership skills, and motivating your team.
Course Format
Instructor-led week-to-week cadence, with assignments, discussion boards, and learning assessments (quizzes) opening on Monday and to be completed by the end of the week. This gives students flexibility to review materials at their leisure. Additionally, recorded lectures and video recordings are available to enhance learning objectives.
