To be eligible for a scholarship in their first term at OSU, students must:

  • be admitted to OSU as an undergraduate student seeking their first bachelor’s degree;
  • be declared as a major in the College of Business;
  • be declared as a Corvallis campus, Corvallis E-Campus, or Portland campus student;
  • register for a START session or complete orientation and registration with an E-Campus advisor; 
  • have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)*, as verified by a pdf upload of the Student Aid Report (SAR), or if unable to complete the FAFSA a clear explanation of why; and
  • complete the COB Transfer Student Scholarship Application prior to the deadline noted for their first term of enrollment.

*It is strongly recommended that FAFSA applications include OSU as an institution of intended enrollment.
