If you are a future College of Business TRANSFER student and would like to request an unofficial transcript evaluation, please complete the form below and submit copies of ALL transcripts from ALL colleges and universities attended (current institution included).
Please Note:
- This is an unofficial credit evaluation and is subject to change as unofficial transcripts are utilized. Official credit evaluation is completed through the Office of Admissions upon admittance to and enrollment in the University.
- Do you already have a bachelor's degree completed? If you have questions please contact student.services@oregonstate.edu instead of completing this form.
