International Exchange Student Academic Information
Application Process:
- Students must first be nominated to study at OSU's College of Business by a partner university (listed below).
- Once nominated, students will be emailed with the following:
- Instructions on how to complete the electronic application form
- Documents to submit to Charlie Carr:
- Academic Transcript
- Choice of classes to take at OSU
- TOEFL (English language) Waiver form
- Proof of finances
Application Deadlines:
Fall Term (Sep-Dec): April 1
Winter Term (Jan-Mar): October 1
Spring Term (Apr-Jun): January 1

The following institutions are exchange partners with OSU's College of Business (COB) and their students will be assisted by the COB Exchange Coordinator regarding enrollment and registration. Exchange students participating through a different institution will work with their program coordinator.

Please keep the following in mind:
- All exchange students are required to attend two mandatory orientations so plan to arrive at least one week before the first day of class.
- Course request forms should accurately reflect the classes needed.
- We will assist students in registering for 12 credits minimum per term.
- Once the term starts, schedule changes are highly unlikely.
- Undergraduate students will be considered for classes at the 100, 200, 300 and 400 levels.
- Graduate students may take classes at the 500 level, however MBA classes are not available
- Exchange students may take classes taught by other colleges on campus, but may need to work with that department for access.
Business Course Availability
Space in courses is limited and enrollment in preferred courses is not guaranteed.
