Congratulations, Greg Dausman ’05, ’26!

Dausman earned his MBA Supply Chain and Logistics Management while working full time, parenting, and traveling the world for business — often finishing assignments on late‑night flights or trains across Europe. The flexibility of OSU’s program helped him build an academic path that worked for his life, and along the way he discovered how studying supply chains across industries expanded his creativity and sharpened his leadership.

What’s one thing you learned during your academic journey that made a big impact?:

Taking the time to research and understand end-to-end supply chains across new industries expanded my creative thinking.

Was there a moment you realized you’d grown during your time at OSU?

Obtaining my MBA midway through my career helped be to draw more significant and unique connections between academic theories and the business world.

Who or what helped you along the way?

The flexibility of this program and my ability to create an academic journey which worked for me was critical in my success as a parent with a full time job going back to school.

Anything else you'd like to share?

Business travel took me to Europe a few times last year and I did much of my schoolwork on the plane or late at night in my hotel room. I'll always remember writing an Ethics & CSR paper aboard the Eurostar from Amsterdam to Paris.
