The Business & Technical Communications Certificate equips learners with essential written and oral communication skills for today’s fast-paced, collaborative workplace. Across six integrated courses—Effective Business Writing, Effective Presentations, Public Speaking, Communicating Collaboratively, Effective Emails, Memos, and Letters, and Introduction to Technical Writing—students build the confidence and clarity needed to share ideas, influence others, and communicate with impact.

Learners practice structuring messages for clarity, tailoring content and tone to diverse audiences, and presenting information in ways that inform, motivate, and persuade.
