Course Overview

This interactive, 24-hour instructor-led Spanish course develops the skills and mindset needed to lead high-performing Agile teams using the Scrum framework—enhanced with practical, real-world applications of AI. Built on experiential learning, it blends hands-on Scrum practice with AI-powered tools, real-world application, and collaborative problem-solving to strengthen your command of Agile principles, Scrum roles, events, and artifacts in an AI-accelerated workplace.

Through dynamic activities, case studies, and live discussions, participants will learn how to align stakeholders, implement effective strategies, and deliver valuable product increments in fast-changing environments—while using AI to improve clarity, speed, and decision-making. The program emphasizes leadership in modern Agile contexts, focusing on adaptability, team empowerment, responsible AI use, and delivering meaningful customer value.

Upon successful completion, learners will earn an internationally recognized Scrum Master certification and gain access to a global Agile community, digital resources, and tools for continued growth, including guidance on integrating AI into day-to-day Scrum practices.

Course Format

This 4 week instructor-led Spanish course runs on a weekly schedule, with new assignments, discussion boards, and quizzes opening each Monday and due by Sunday at midnight. Students can review materials at their own pace during the week, and join a live Zoom session every Wednesday at 6 p.m. PT for deeper learning, real-time discussions, and peer connection.

This course is part of the Scrum Master program.

What You’ll Learn

After successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Explain core Agile values and principles, and describe the Scrum framework—its roles, events, and artifacts—and how AI can support (but not replace) these practices.

  • Differentiate between the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team roles, and outline their interdependent responsibilities, including how each role can leverage AI for research, analysis, and collaboration.

  • Map the Scrum cycle, from Sprint Planning through Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, demonstrating how each event supports transparency, inspection, and adaptation—and where AI tools can streamline preparation, note-taking, and insights.

  • Identify and apply Scrum artifacts—Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment—detailing how they integrate to maintain a shared understanding of project goals, and how AI can assist with backlog refinement, clustering, and pattern recognition.

  • Develop and refine User Stories, prioritize backlog items, and use estimation techniques such as Story Points to plan sprints effectively, using AI as a thinking partner for scenario exploration, test ideas, and acceptance criteria (with humans retaining final judgment).

  • Select and use tools and techniques, including AI-powered platforms, to meet and exceed evolving customer needs, incorporating feedback loops and data-informed insights for continuous improvement.

  • Lead a Scrum team in delivering value incrementally, fostering collaboration, removing impediments, sustaining a high-performance culture, and modeling ethical, transparent use of AI in team workflows.
