Whitney is a business law attorney with extensive experience in corporate transactional matters. Whitney is an OSU alumni, graduating from the College of Business. Whitney attended Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where she focused on corporate law studies and graduated with honors. Whitney clerked at the Oregon Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Whitney entered private practice as a transactional corporate law and estate planning attorney at a firm located in Corvallis. Whitney founded her own law firm, Christensen Law, in 2017 where she continues providing transactional corporate law services to startups and established businesses. Whitney is a registered tribal member and was the President of the Native American Law Student Association at Lewis and Clark Law School.
