Arseniy Goldberg

Arseniy Goldberg holds a B.S in Finance/International Business (Oregon State) and MBA/Master's in Digital Business (IE Business School). His 10+ year career spans finance, consulting, entrepreneurship, and education. After working as a financial consultant for Fortune 500 clients, he founded his own consulting firm. Post-MBA, he shifted to startup/venture finance, helping launch 4 startup acceleration programs across social impact, technology, and tourism sectors. He teaches at IE University (undergraduate, graduate, executive) and Oregon State University in: Finance: consulting, fintech, corporate finance, capital markets, advanced management Innovation: entrepreneurship, lean startup, design thinking, AI Behavioral sciences: decision-making, critical thinking, ethical leadership Additionally, he serves as COO at Future Skills Labs, an EdTech startup delivering courses via WhatsApp. With experience across 5 continents and fluency in 3 languages, he brings global perspectives to his teaching.
