Biography

Flo Houguet is a Supply Chain Research and Innovation Director at Nike.  He plays a key role within the Footwear Supply Chain organization to understand the zones of uncertainty & challenge. He studies and researches hypotheses to validate the feasibility and the value capture opportunity of our key Supply Chain & logistics challenges. He incubates, activates, and transitions select strategies from early innovation to deployment at scale.  The role requires high executives’ visibility from VPs to Board of Directors.

Before this role, Flo had multiple Nike roles within product innovation, digital innovation, and retail operations.  Before Nike, Flo worked as a retail IT consultant implementing POS and mobile solutions for the auto & flat glass industries.  He also led digital teams around Europe to implement global ERP, MES and Analytic solutions supporting the lumber and housing industries.

Through his journey Flo has a great amount of experience with the end-to-end supply chain going from raw materials, factories, distribution centers, logistics, to B&M stores.  He has conducted extensive business in North America, Asia, and Europe.

Flo graduated in 2021 with his Supply chain and Logistics management MBA from Oregon State University.  Flo holds a Bachelor of Science in software engineering and a minor in International Relations from Oregon Institute of Technology.

Flo is the proud father of three boys.  He is also a 2004 NAIA Div.II National Champion in Basketball and an Academic All-American.
