Biography
I’m passionate about bringing creative talent together with brands that inspire. With over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition and Creative Project Management, I thrive on connecting people with opportunities where they can truly shine. Currently, as a Senior Recruiter at URBN, I lead the Global Apparel Design Talent Acquisition for Free People and Urban Outfitters and operate as a trusted Talent Partner. I’m proud to collaborate with creative and shared service teams to not only source top talent but to create an experience that leaves candidates feeling valued and excited about the possibility of joining a brand they love. What drives me is more than just filling positions—it's about building relationships and fostering environments where people can grow, thrive, and feel a sense of belonging. As a team leader, I’m dedicated to mentoring my colleagues and continually evolving our recruitment strategies, always striving to make a lasting impact. Before URBN, I worked at Kohl’s, where I played a key role in sourcing talent for critical corporate functions like Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Design. I was honored to support Kohl’s internal communities, such as Pride at Kohl’s and the Black Professionals BRG, and I took pride in contributing to a culture of inclusivity and belonging. Earlier in my career, I worked with MP Management and Factor Chosen Model Management, where I had the privilege of scouting, developing, and managing professional models. I loved helping individuals shape their careers and guiding them toward opportunities where they could excel. Additionally, as a Senior Producer at The Bon-Ton Stores, I coordinated large-scale creative projects, ensuring every detail—from talent selection to production—was executed with care and precision. Through every role, I’ve remained deeply committed to not just matching talent to roles, but fostering real connections and creating a culture where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Talent acquisition is not just about the work—it’s about building a community, one person at a time.
