Joan Spiller

Joan Spiller is a Supply Chain leader with success and extensive experience in Demand/Inventory Planning at Nike, Inc., with 20+ years across the Footwear and Apparel businesses. Her skills to lead Planning teams to drive business strategies, to support a healthy marketplace was key to serve consumers and strategic growth. Joan is passionate about developing and mentoring teams and had the pleasure of working with teammates in multiple countries across the globe.  She is at her best when working with cross functional partners to collaborate and drive innovative solutions in setting the supply chain up for success. Prior to Nike, Joan started her career on the retail side of the business at Mervyn’s in store management, buying and inventory management.
