Lisa Hilty

Lisa began her career in senior housing and healthcare in 1994 working to implement the Oregon Health Plan with the Area Agency on Aging. After completing her degree from Oregon State University, she spent her early career as an administrator serving skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and community-based care campuses. She later became a Regional Director of Operations, followed by Vice President of a large senior care company. Lisa launched her own senior living management and consulting company, supporting and managing communities in Oregon and California. In an alignment of goals and values, Lisa merged her company with Sapphire Health Services, joining her partners with the collective missions, “to promote the highest quality of life to our residents, staff and communities”.
