Chad received his Ph.D. in Management & Organization from Penn State University in 2014.

His research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management Review, and Journal of Management Inquiry.
