Course Overview
The Healthcare Leadership Certificate is a fully remote leadership program designed for professionals across industries who want to sharpen leadership skills, improve team effectiveness, and drive organizational success.
Developed in partnership with the Hospital Association of Oregon, this program is especially relevant for healthcare professionals stepping into supervisory and management roles. It equips both emerging and experienced leaders with practical tools to navigate the complexities of today’s healthcare environment—while remaining highly applicable across business, technology, education, and nonprofit sectors.
The program begins with four live virtual kickoff sessions (12 hours total) and continues with six online instructor-led modules delivered over five months. This format balances flexibility with meaningful peer collaboration and guided coaching. No prerequisites are required.

Online Modules (Six, 3-week each)
