Overview
The applied AI minor provides a foundation in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in business. You learn to manage, explore and visualize data while applying the fundamentals of machine learning and natural language processing to real organizational problems.
In 27 credits, you develop technical and analytical expertise to make data-informed decisions while exploring the ethical, policy and societal implications of AI in the workplace and beyond.
The minor offers seven focus areas — suggested course combinations that bundle skills and expertise in that given area and align with career prospects: consumer analytics, digital marketing, finance, foundational business, healthcare analytics, healthcare management and human resource management
