Sports Business
Sports business is available as a major (32 credits) with electives focused on four areas: sports marketing, sports management, sports analytics, and sport and society. Sports business also is available as a minor (27 credits), an option (22 credits) for certain College of Business declared majors, and as a 12-credit online microcredential, to support students with an understanding of the fundamentals of the business of sport, including sports finance, marketing, analytics and sponsorship. The program builds on core business knowledge acquired in business and design programs, and prepares students for careers in sports-related organizations

Sports Business microcredential
A microcredential is an academic offering that consists of typically three courses and allows learners to add specialized skills in focused subject areas in less time than a full degree program. You can earn a microcredential in sports business online and even make a plan to apply these credits toward a full degree.
