Organizational Leadership

Organizational leadership is offered as a major program of study, which you can choose on your application to the OSU College of Business, or it can be added as a minor during your program of study, supported by academic planning discussions with College of Business academic advisors.

Undergraduate certificate

Students can apply to OSU for a standalone undergraduate certificate in organizational leadership. This 28-credit program provides an exploration into organizational leadership without the pursuit of a degree.

Microcredential
Current OSU degree-seeking students and non-degree students can enroll in a 12-credit microcredential program by contacting OSU Ecampus. New non-degree students should contact the Office of Admissions for more information.
