Organizational Leadership
Your degree will prepare you for organizational leadership in both goods-producing and service enterprises for fluency in the management of systems, personnel and/or quality.
Organizational leadership is offered as a major and minor in Corvallis and online through Ecampus, and additionally as a standalone certificate and microcredential.

Advisory council
The Organizational Leadership Advisory Council promotes an effective partnership among organizational leadership and management professionals and the students and faculty of the organizational leadership program in the College of Business at Oregon State University. The council provides advice and guidance pertinent to maintaining and enhancing a distinguished management education program.
