Organizational Leadership
Your degree will prepare you for organizational leadership in both goods-producing and service enterprises for fluency in the management of systems, personnel and/or quality.
Organizational leadership is offered as a major and minor in Corvallis and online through Ecampus, and additionally as a standalone certificate and microcredential.
Learning goals & objectives
All students earning their OSU undergraduate degree (180 credits) in a business discipline from the OSU College of Business complete a common business curriculum. This set of courses, consisting of about 100 credits across all four years, provides students with a strong business foundation. Organizational Leadership microcredential
A microcredential is an academic offering that consists of typically three courses and allows learners to add specialized
skills in focused subject areas in less time than a full degree program. You can earn a microcredential in organizational leadership online and even make a plan to apply these credits toward a full degree.
