Shaping Ethical Organizations Through HR Practice

The HR Ethics Certificate prepares human resources professionals to promote ethical, fair, and socially responsible practices within organizations. Because HR plays a central role in shaping workplace policies and culture, this program focuses on how ethical theory and principles apply directly to HR decision-making and organizational behavior.

Across a series of short, self-paced modules, learners explore foundational ethical theories, common workplace ethical challenges, corporate social responsibility, globalization, leadership ethics, and ethical decision-making. The program blends theory with applied practice through interactive exercises, videos, case studies, and assessments. By completing this certificate, learners gain the knowledge and tools needed to help shape and sustain an ethical culture in their organizations.
