Duration: 7 Weeks

Join this 7-week training to unlock creative intelligence in yourself, your team and your organization. As the world is increasingly influenced by AI, we’re bringing together human-centered creativity with AI, in a balanced and agile approach, to help you think outside the box, tackle the tough problems, and lead innovation with confidence.
In the first three weeks, you’ll focus on enhancing your personal creativity and broadening your mindset about just where good ideas come from. You’ll discover the Invention Cycle mindset—Imagination, Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship—via AI and see them in action. You’ll explore what stops you from being creative (including fears and myths about AI) and engage in curiosity, brainstorming and storytelling exercises. You’ll experiment with both human-driven and AI-powered tools to expand your imagination and define a more purposeful life and career so that you can create your future by choice, not chance.
In the final four weeks, we’ll focus on teams and organizations, keeping an eye on more ambitious course goals. You’ll learn how innovative companies are using design thinking with AI to build products, services and experiences that feel truly novel. Through group projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience with empathy maps, personas, journey maps, AI-assisted brainstorms and quick prototyping, and perhaps most important, storytelling.
By the end of the program, you’ll leave with a practical toolkit, and a set of exercises, for combining human creativity with AI teamwork, so you can start building innovative teams and solutions and apply these approaches at your real-world work.
Courses may be taken individually and in any order unless otherwise noted. If pursuing the certificate, all courses in the certificate program must be completed with a C/pass or better.

Through hands-on use of proven frameworks like the Invention Cycle, design thinking, and rapid prototyping, learners apply new skills to real work challenges, strengthen storytelling and influence, and leave with a clear action plan to foster a more creative, experimental, and AI-ready culture within their teams or organizations..
