What if I have a question about OSU Commencement?

College of Business staff do not have access to your Commencement registration or diploma information. Contact the Office of the Registrar with Commencement-related questions.

Can I get my diploma at the College of Business Ceremony?

Diplomas are only provided at the OSU Commencement on Saturday. Please refer to the Registrar's Office with any questions about your diploma and eligibility at Commencement. 

Will the ceremonies be broadcasted?

Yes, the ceremonies will be livestreamed right here.

Can I get a graduation program before the ceremonies?

Unfortunately, programs are not available prior to the event. Programs will be available at the Graduation Ceremony.

Will photos be taken at the ceremony?

We will be hiring a photographer for the Graduate Recognition Ceremony. All students will be photographed as they cross the stage. All photographs will be uploaded to the Graduation Ceremonies webpage following the event.

Where can my guests park? Is there a drop-off zone close to Austin Hall if I have guests with mobility concerns?

Visitor parking information and maps can be found at the OSU Transportation Services website. Parking is free on campus on Friday, June 12th. Guests are welcome to use the Beaver Bus - route maps can be found here. Guests can also be dropped off at the loading zone on the side of Austin Hall, across from Sackett Hall. Is reserved seating available?

No, reserved seating is NOT available. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Will I receive physical tickets for the ceremony? Do my guests have to check in?

Physical tickets will not be provided, and guests do not need to check in. Graduates must check in by name at the registration table, where their names will be checked against the registration sheet. Guests can be seated immediately without checking in.

Can I bring guests to the ceremony? Is there a guest limit?

Please do! We want you to be able to celebrate with your guests and loved ones. We ask that you register your number of guests to make sure that we can accommodate everyone. Seating is first-come, first-served, and cannot be guaranteed.
