Imagination Meets Intelligence

Join this 7‑week training to unlock creative intelligence in yourself, your team, and your organization. In a world increasingly shaped by AI, the program blends human‑centered creativity with AI tools to help you think differently, solve complex problems, and lead innovation with confidence. During the first three weeks, you’ll focus on personal creativity—expanding your mindset around where ideas come from and exploring the Invention Cycle (Imagination, Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship). You’ll confront common creativity blockers (including fears and myths about AI) and practice curiosity, brainstorming, and storytelling using both human‑driven and AI‑powered approaches to design a more purposeful career and future.

In the final four weeks, the focus shifts to teams and organizations. You’ll examine how innovative companies use design thinking with AI to create novel products, services, and experiences. Through collaborative projects, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with empathy maps, personas, journey maps, AI‑assisted brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and storytelling. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a practical toolkit and repeatable exercises for combining human creativity with AI, enabling you to build innovative teams and apply these methods directly to real‑world work.
