Marketing Strategy, Insights, and Value Creation

The Marketing Management program prepares learners to earn the American Marketing Association (AMA) Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) in Marketing Management credential. Delivered as a 16‑hour, fully online course, the program provides comprehensive preparation for the 150‑question PCM® Marketing Management exam, which is included as part of the program.

Students engage with essential marketing management concepts, including strategic marketing planning, global and sustainable marketing practices, and the use of market insights to support effective decision‑making. The program explores consumer behavior and market segmentation to help learners understand purchasing decisions and target markets more effectively. Additional topics include product and service development, pricing strategies and objectives, and approaches for delivering and communicating customer value. Upon completion, learners gain a broad, practical understanding of marketing management and are prepared to demonstrate their expertise through the AMA PCM® Marketing Management certification.

Required Course For Certificate

This certificate program consists of a single course. To earn the certificate, the course must be completed with a grade of C/pass or better. The course is offered on-demand, allowing learners to register at any time and begin their training immediately.
