Course Overview

The Hiring and Retaining Diverse Talent course equips leaders and HR professionals with strategies to attract, hire, and retain a diverse and inclusive workforce. Achieving meaningful diversity requires intentional practices that reduce bias, expand access, and create equitable opportunities across the employee lifecycle.

Participants explore inclusive sourcing and recruitment strategies, accessible job design, and equitable hiring processes. The course also emphasizes retention, highlighting the importance of mentorship, development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and inclusive benefits in supporting long-term engagement and belonging.


By integrating talent management systems and performance metrics, learners gain the ability to measure success and continuously improve their diversity and inclusion efforts.

Course Format

This 4-hour self-paced course offers a dynamic and engaging learning experience, combining interactive elements such as games, flashcards, video content, real-world case studies, and curated readings. Participants have the flexibility to progress at their own pace, while interactive games and quizzes reinforce key concepts and track progress. Participants have 90 days of access per course, with progress tracked through interactive elements.  Flashcards, expert-led videos, real-world case studies, and carefully curated readings deepen knowledge.
