This fully remote, hybrid-style program begins with four live virtual sessions (3 hours each), followed by online, instructor-led modules—offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful, collaborative learning.

Training Schedule

The Lead. Always. Healthcare Leadership Program begins with four live virtual kickoff sessions (12 total hours) delivered via Zoom. These sessions are designed to establish foundational leadership concepts, build cohort connection, and prepare participants for applied learning.

Participants then continue with six instructor-led online modules delivered through OSU’s Canvas learning platform over approximately five months.

  1. May 6, 2026 – October 4, 2026
  2. July 1, 2026 - November 29, 2026
  3. October 7, 2026 – May 16, 2027

In addition to the kickoff and asynchronous coursework, participants will attend monthly live Zoom webinars (60 minutes each) led by OSU faculty. These sessions deepen learning, reinforce key concepts, and provide opportunities for discussion and application.
