The annual Susan J. McGregor Lecture on Women’s Leadership features our keynote speaker, Georgia Lee Hussey, founder of Modernist Financial. Hussey’s address traces her path from sculptor and writer to CEO through pursuit of a bold hypothesis: that a company can thrive profitably by challenging conventional business mindsets, centering inclusivity, and embracing “beginner’s mind” over traditional expertise.
