The Theta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi recruits students who have a desire to gain professional development and leadership skills for future success in the business world. Rush activities are held at the beginning of each term during which interested students are encouraged to attend and learn more about AKPsi and the members of the OSU chapter. Potential members will be inducted into a pledge class. The purpose of the pledge class is to educate potential members about the history and structure of the fraternity, as well as how to be an effective member of the chapter. Students are inducted if they meet the following requirements:

  • Have an interest in Business (do not need to be a Business Major)
  • Meet the minimum College of Business GPA requirements
  • Desire to gain professional experience
