The mission of InnovationX is to develop entrepreneurial leaders. Help support the next generation of innovators by giving, guest judging, or mentoring.
Make a gift to InnovationX.
Innovation drives local economic vibrancy and promotes economic growth. And, innovation hubs across the U.S. have flourished when they embrace a culture that values and champions entrepreneurial activity.
We’re working to drive that culture across OSU, and we need your help.
InnovationX, Oregon State’s Center of Excellence for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, is a training ground for all OSU students to focus on turning problem-solving into results and sustainable businesses. It serves as a connecting and collaborating resource for entrepreneurs at all stages across OSU and in Oregon.
It is our goal to ensure that students of all academic majors and backgrounds have access to resources and a supportive community to explore and pursue business creation.
We’re determined, and we won’t give up on our goals; you can help us reach them faster. We’re seeking $300,000 between now and June 30 to accelerate our efforts to build a culture that values and champions entrepreneurship at OSU.
By joining us you’ll be in great company – a generous alumnus has kicked off our fundraising efforts with a matching challenge. Between now and June 30, 2018, your gift will be matched 1:1 up to $100,000.

InnovationX hosts elevator pitch competitions several times each year. These competitions provide an opportunity for students to get critical insight on their ideas from experts in the community.
If you're interested in being contacted about future opportunities to guest judge, complete our interest form. We will contact you when we begin scheduling judges.
Complete our mentor interest form.
Each term, InnovationX hosts a mentor/mentee mixer. These events offer students the opportunity to meet prospective mentors who are seasoned entrepreneurs or experts in their fields selected to host seven-minute one-on-one coaching sessions. Students stand in line and wait for a particular mentor or move to the next mentor available.
Our casual mixers allow students to network with each other while they are waiting, which is just as important as the coaching sessions, themselves. This speed mentoring opportunity is organized chaos that’s fast, fun and fulfilling as students and mentors get the chance to meet, connect and initiate longer-term mentorships.
These events are open to any OSU student – first-year through graduate school, and of any major or academic discipline – who wishes to connect with prospective mentors to advance an entrepreneurial idea.
If you’re interested in participating as a mentor, complete our interest form. Space is limited.
