Through strategic investment in sponsorships, organizations have found great success in effectively building and marketing their brands to our nearly 4,000 College of Business students and nearly 30,000 alumni worldwide. We assist companies in creating customized philanthropic programs that align directly with their business objectives. Sponsorship opportunities include scholarships, clubs, events, spaces and more.
Named scholarships provide a way to promote brand awareness among a potential talent pool of top performers while supporting students in their academic pursuits. Companies can choose the criteria for recipients, such as students with a particular major, residents of a certain area, first-generation college students, and financial need and/or merit requirements.
Student clubs are excellent ways to connect driven, focused students with employers in their field of interest. Sponsorship of clubs allows companies the opportunity to invest directly in the future of professional leaders and engage directly with them. Sponsorship will fund club activities, which include a variety of professional development events, including panels, guest speakers, and receptions for club members to network with industry professionals. Sponsors of clubs have the opportunity to engage with students as mentors, access member resumes, address the club as a guest speaker, send emails to all club members when interviewing on campus, and enjoy logo promotion on the club website, social media and promotional materials.
Sponsoring events provides an opportunity to promote your brand to students, alumni and friends of the College. Companies can host College of Business events on a wide variety of topics (e.g., employee engagement, digital marketing, women’s leadership, etc.) in Portland or in their neighborhood (wherever that may be) to promote their brand among College of Business alumni, friends and students. And, companies can also sponsor Fridays in Austin or Dean’s Executive Series events in Corvallis to promote brand awareness among students.
Oregon State football games create a unique opportunity to generate brand awareness with OSU students, faculty and alumni, as well as a broader community of football fans. Sponsoring a College of Business Beaver Fan Cave offers a truly remarkable game day experience. Fan Cave tickets can be used for the sponsor’s employees, to attract business leaders from our College of Business alumni and/or to engage top College of Business students.
Naming opportunities can be a great way to invest in the College of Business and promote your brand in the spaces students visit every day, including classrooms, meeting rooms, lounges and more in Austin Hall, home to the College of Business on the OSU Corvallis campus. Companies can also invest in naming the College’s headquarters in Portland.
