Ask me about:
Moving to Oregon and adjusting as an out-of-state student. Balancing academics and being a Division 1 athlete. Working while in school (including managing multiple roles like event management and professional cheer instruction). How my experiences in psychology and research have shaped my approach to HR and data-driven decision-making. Managing an honors workload as a student in psychology and business, and transitioning to an MBA program.
Why I choose OSU:
I chose OSU because of its strong academic and athletic programs. As a Division-1 cheer athlete, I valued the opportunity to represent the school in athletics while pursuing an interactive and well-rounded business education. OSU’s MBA program stood out for its flexibility and focus on practical, real-world learning, particularly in HR, which perfectly aligns with my passion for creating supportive and dynamic workplace environments. The collaborative opportunities, supportive faculty, and ability to connect academic theory with practical application made OSU the ideal choice for my academic and professional growth.
