Franziska (Franzi) Schmid is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Oregon State University College of Business. She received her Ph.D. from Penn State in 2022 and her MBA in 2017. Her research interests include Customer Relationship Management (CRM) issues, salesforce management in business-to-business, and social networks. Specifically, some of her research focuses on the impact that social networks have on social influence, sales performance, and social media marketing metrics. Franzi’s research has been published in Industrial Marketing Management.
