The specialized master’s in supply chain analytics targets knowledge in the intersection of two areas in which organizations need skilled leaders: supply chain and logistics management and business analytics.
Business analytics uses data mining and visualization techniques to model large and complex data, allowing organizations to better meet stakeholder needs. Supply chain focuses on the oversight of materials and information from the supplier, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer and consumer, with the goal of meeting consumer needs as efficiently as possible.
Supply chain analytics specifically stimulates economic growth and social progress by optimizing processes throughout the supply chain based on the collection and analysis of substantial data.
