Marketing includes all of the decisions and activities involved in creating, communicating and delivering products and services that customers value. It plays a critical role in strategic decision-making in every industry. The marketing track of the Oregon State MBA program allows you to choose from a wide variety of possible areas of focus, including digital marketing – which, according to McKinley Marketing Partners, has been identified by experts as the marketing industry’s most in-demand skill.
You’ll learn to develop and implement marketing strategy by incorporating customer insights and innovative problem-solving. You’ll conduct market research with OSU’s Center for Marketing and Consumer Insights (CMCI) or through internships and projects with leading marketing and market research firms, and prepare for directing marketing decisions in for-profit or non-profit industries.
Earn an Oregon State MBA fully online, in person or hybrid. We’re Oregon’s top-rated part-time MBA because we offer the flexibility working professionals need.
Our business graduate degrees have 10 custom learning tracks, developed in close consultation with our industry advisory boards for leading, forward-thinking business skills and knowledge for you.
Oregon State has accreditation with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) — the global quality standard for business education. Only 5% of the world’s business schools have earned this distinction.
You’re joining a network of more than 35,000 Oregon State business alumni at leading companies around our region and the world, such as Amazon, Google, Daimler Truck, Boeing, Nike, Starbucks, Samaritan Healthcare and Portland General Electric.
Why I Chose OSU
"I came to an early conclusion that sports are not going to be my livelihood forever. I realized I could take advantage of my years as a student-athlete; then I can walk away from Oregon State with multiple degrees. My graduate degree has only taken me one year to complete as I participated in an accelerated version of the program, which is not recommended for every student – let alone a student-athlete."
